Q: How can I trust you to protect my data?

When your business uses external support, you want to make sure your data is protected. That’s why we employed an IT specialist to check that our file system is secure for you and your customers. We do a daily back-up on the cloud and hold ICO membership to keep on top of expert advice for data protection. Any personal data is locked with encrypted passwords and destroyed when the project is completed. When you pass over control of accounts, we store your passwords and login details securely. Q: How do I get in touch with you?

You can easily reach us via email or by phone during working hours, Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Or if you would prefer, fill out the enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I know you’re using the time efficiently?

We track everything, including the time taken for each task. The invoice is sent with a full breakdown of tasks completed. You’re only ever invoiced for time spent on your project, and we’re honest about it.
