We track everything, including the time taken for each task. The invoice is sent with a breakdown of tasks completed. You’re only ever invoiced for time spent on your project, and we’re honest about it.

Understandably, when you get external support from a virtual assistant you want to make sure your data is protected. That’s why Desk101 have employed an IT specialist to check that our files system is up to scratch and secure for you and your customers. We do a daily back-up on the cloud and have a membership of ICO to keep on top of expert advice for data protection. Any personal data is locked with encrypted passwords and destroyed when the project is completed.
