Hi, I’m Margaret – founder of Desk101. With over 25 years of experience supporting businesses across HR, recruitment, business administration and learning & development, I launched Desk101 in 2022 to provide practical, reliable support that genuinely makes life easier for business owners. My approach is simple, I step in, understand what’s really happening, put clear solutions in place, support the team through change, and leave businesses confident and in control. My goal is always to build systems, introduce processes and ways of working that last long after my work is done. Clients often describe me as professional, organised and easy to work with – someone who brings calm, structure and dependable support when things feel overwhelming. I take pride in being open, honest and solutions-focused, and I care deeply about helping businesses run smoothly so owners can focus on what they do best.
