So, a little bit about me….I am based in the North East of England and have over 25 years of experience in supporting businesses (both large and small) with their Administration, HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development needs. At the beginning of 2022, I decided to utilise my wealth of experience and take the leap to set up my own business, Desk101 Virtual Assistant Service.
I have excellent communication and customer service skills and have experience in liaising with both internal and external customers on all levels. I have extensive experience in providing administration support on a variety of projects and I have excellent time management skills.
In addition to my many years of Administration experience, I am qualified in delivering Information, Advice & Guidance, accredited in delivering i3 Personality Trait Profiling and am a member of the CIPD.
I pride myself on being open, honest, discreet, having exceptionally high standards and a “can-do” attitude. Passionate about supporting others, I strive to exceed expectations.
